To send all your information - your only option - is to send by your personal email address. Imagine that there is 2,000 people like you in the same situation and the clerks that process your email get 17,000 emails from personal email accounts every year. The have to track by their outlook and excel and are months behind. The correspondence isn't protected and often gets lost. This has been a problem for decades.

One such example is the U.S. Navy's 'Athena Project.' Stemming from shared dissatisfaction among USS Benfold's crew regarding outdated practices, this grassroots initiative allowed sailors to pitch innovative ideas to senior leadership. The project led to numerous process improvements and technological innovations, including a cost-effective, 3D-printed solution for the ship's rust problem.
